Best Practices
Don’t share account details. Keep your Dream email, password, and login credentials private and up to date. You are solely responsible for monitoring and safeguarding your account.
Keep devices secure. Make sure any device with access to your Dream account is protected. Enable your device’s passcode, PIN, or biometric login, and monitor for any unusual activity.
Don’t allow or give anyone remote access to your device or Dream account. Do not download unfamiliar software, send money, or transfer assets to anyone claiming to be Dream. Dream will never ask you to do so.
Don’t search for or call fake Dream phone numbers. Scammers often post false numbers online. Always contact Dream through [email protected] or our official Discord server.
Don’t open suspicious links. If you receive messages about your Dream account, confirm their authenticity directly in the Dream app.
Be careful who you send money or crypto to. Always verify the identity of recipients before sending assets.
Face ID and Passkeys
Passkeys by Apple let you sign in to Dream across your Apple devices without using a password. They are easier and more secure than traditional logins.
Unlike passwords, passkeys are stored on your device and require biometric authentication such as Face ID or Touch ID, making them highly resistant to phishing attacks.
How to Enable Passkeys in Dream
From the main screen, tap the Account icon in the top left corner to open Settings.
Select Face ID & Privacy.
Tap Enable Face ID Login.
Passkeys let you sign in instantly with Face ID while encrypting your account credentials. If a passkey exists in your iCloud Keychain, you will automatically be prompted to use it when opening the Dream app.
